Cento Properties was founded in 2019 by two people who wanted to build things the right way. What started with hands on renovation work has grown into a well rounded construction company offering renovations, additions and full builds. We work closely with homeowners and clients from the start of each project through completion, focusing on clear communication, realistic timelines and quality workmanship.
We understand that construction can be disruptive which is why we take pride in being respectful organized and reliable on every job site. Every project is approached with care, honesty and a commitment to doing the job right.

Cento Properties was founded by Dan and Louie with a simple approach: do quality work, communicate clearly, and stand behind every project. With hands on experience and a strong work ethic, they remain closely involved from start to finish, ensuring each job is done properly.
The company handles renovations, additions, and construction projects of all sizes, focusing on practical solutions, realistic timelines, and dependable delivery. Cento Properties is built on trust, accountability, and long term relationships, with much of its work coming from repeat clients and referrals.
